We are the only remaining privately held Offshore Rig provider left in the United States.

We provide Jack-Up well drilling, workover and completion services throughout the Gulf of Mexico.

Our Jack-Up rig fleet consists of: Three (3) “Deep Well” Jack-up Drilling Rigs ranging from 2,000 HP up to 3,000 HP.

They have capabilities to operate in water depths of 11 feet up to 262 feet and One (1) Self-Propelled, Jack- Up/ Workover Rig that can operate in water as shallow as 6 feet or as deep as 150 feet.

MOPU 4

We are the leading provider of Mobile Offshore Production Units (MOPUs) in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our MOPU fleet consists of three (3) units capable of operating in water depths as shallow as eleven (11) feet or as deep as Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet.

Utilizing this unique equipment enables our customers to bring their wells on line immediately after completion, with minimal capital outlay, thereby realizing a much quicker and much better return on their drilling investment.

INNOVATION
ON THE GULF

We are continually up-grading and expanding our rig fleet.

Currently, the Company is designing Two (2) new technologically innovative, state of the art self propelled Jack-Ups as well as an advanced “Dynamic” Self Installing, Portable, Platform Rig.

This new platform rig has been developed specifically to operate on Deep Water Floating Production Facilities.
